With a clear picture of your starting point, we’ll set realistic, meaningful goals. Whether it’s getting stronger, or boosting your performance, we’ll define your aspirations, and those goals will guide our work together, helping to keep you motivated and focused.

Action

With your assessment and aspirations in mind, we’ll create an action plan tailored just for you. Each session will strike the perfect balance of challenge and support, ensuring that you make steady progress while always prioritising your well-being.

Swimming Coaching

Many swimmers plateau in their performance due to inefficient stroke technique.

Starting with a comprehensive stroke analysis to identify areas for improvement, we will refine your technique. You will receive tailored feedback and sessions focused on your specific areas of improvement. After each session, you’ll have the opportunity to practice independently. When we meet again, we’ll review your progress, adjust the approach if necessary, or move on to the next area of improvement.

You’ll become more efficient in the water, allowing you to swim with greater ease and confidence.

Prices: 1-to-1 sessions are available individually or in blocks for better value.

Location: Available at both pool and open-water locations, depending on the time of year.

Community: Join a community of swimmers at similar levels, with group events available throughout the year.

Strength and Control

Building strength is essential for a strong and resilient body, but it’s about more than just lifting heavy weights. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to refine your technique, our sessions begin with foundational movements to build stability and control, particularly focusing on core strength. As a qualified Pilates instructor, I integrate Pilates principles to improve core strength, flexibility, and functional movement.

From there, we progressively develop a tailored strength and conditioning program that enhances your power, stability, and overall fitness. By addressing weak links and reinforcing your body’s natural movement patterns, we’ll work together to enhance your performance and ensure sustainable progress.

Prices: 1-to-1 sessions are available individually or in blocks for better value.

Location: Available at Fit100 or online for remote sessions.

Nutrition and Wellness

It's not always easy to see where things are going wrong, especially with the changes that come with life’s transitions. Whether you're looking to fuel your body for better performance, enhance recovery, or simply adopt healthier eating habits, we will create a personalised nutrition plan that aligns with your busy life.

We’ll focus on mindful eating and helping you develop sustainable habits that nourish your body and support your fitness journey. For added succes we focus on mental resilience, stress management, and balance, so you can thrive both physically and mentally.

The goal is to help you feel energised, balanced, and equipped to make the right food choices to support your goals, no matter what challenges life throws your way.
