My path here wasn’t linear. For over two decades I worked in IT, design, and leadership—fields that sharpened my problem-solving, strategy, and ability to see patterns others miss. Alongside that professional career I trained as a coach, worked in community sport, and discovered how much I value helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their own skin.
In 2022, a major health reset shifted my perspective. Sport and movement were no longer “nice extras” but became the foundations of recovery, resilience, and wellbeing. It was a turning point that brought me fully into coaching: swimming, Pilates, strength, and behaviour change. Here, I could finally blend empathy, evidence, and accountability to support others in rebuilding confidence and capability after their own life events.
Today, I coach one-to-one clients, run group classes in Limerick, and deliver workshops and talks for organisations. The thread through it all is simple: performance, not perfection. Coaching with me is never about chasing an old version of yourself or living up to a comparison. It’s about honouring the season you’re in, asking what you want your body and mind to do for you now, and building the habits that will take you there—wisely, sustainably, and with support.
I have always had a deep love of learning and believe it’s the key to delivering well for the people I work with. Every qualification I pursue is chosen with care—not as a certificate to collect, but as a way to strengthen how I can support clients in real life. From academic study and professional coaching credentials to hands-on fitness, aquatics, and wellbeing training, each layer builds on the next. This ongoing pursuit of knowledge keeps my coaching grounded in evidence, enriched by experience, and constantly evolving—so I can meet people where they are and guide them forward with confidence.
